Websites for professionals and small businesses

Your business.
Its place online.

Your website doesn't need to say everything at once. It needs to help the right person understand what you do, find what they need and know how to get in touch.

Let's talk it through

When a full website makes sense

A multi-page website is a good fit when you offer several services, want to introduce the people behind your business, or need room to explain things in more depth. For an independent professional, a practice or a small business, it can become the central place people find through a business card, social media or search.

In short: if you have several things to explain and different audiences to help, choose a website. If you're promoting one offer with a specific goal, consider a landing page.

We start with what your visitors need, not a number of pages to fill. A concise but complete structure is more useful than a large website full of repeated content.

What we design together

A structure that guides people

We define each page and its purpose: a homepage that introduces your offer, a page about your business, space to explain your services and a clear way to get in touch. The actual content depends on your project and is agreed in the quote.

Design that represents you

We bring copy, imagery, colours and space together to make reading easy on phones and desktops. If you already have a logo, we use it as a starting point. If your identity needs creating or refining, we can include logo and visual identity design.

Sound technical foundations

We prepare page titles and descriptions, internal links, a sitemap and the technical essentials that help search engines explore your site. We check navigation, images and the contact form before launch. We don't promise search rankings: visibility and enquiries also depend on content, competition and ongoing work.

What the investment starts at

Our Formula Start, for new clients, starts at €990 + VAT as a one-off fee: it includes three creative directions for your logo, the final logo and essential file kit, a responsive website of up to four pages, a contact form, basic technical SEO and launch.

This package assumes you supply the copy and images and does not include custom features. New content, extra pages and integrations are assessed and quoted separately before work begins.

Website care is optional and available separately, not included in Formula Start. It costs €290 + VAT per year and includes a domain registered in your name, managed hosting, SSL, regular backups, basic monitoring and technical support by email. Your quote always separates the initial project from ongoing care.

What we need to get started

  • A description of your business, your services and who you want to reach.
  • One main goal: receiving enquiries, showcasing expertise or making information easier to find.
  • Your existing logo, photographs and copy, with a note of anything missing.
  • Your existing domain, if you have one, and any pages to preserve.
  • An approximate budget and your timing requirements.

Don't include passwords or login details in your brief. Any technical access is arranged separately. If you're redesigning an existing website, we identify the page addresses to keep or redirect: a new design shouldn't lose useful paths people already follow.

Questions worth asking first.

How long does it take to build a website?

That depends on the pages, available materials, features and approval times. We agree a schedule in your proposal rather than promise the same turnaround for every project.

Can I keep my existing domain?

Yes. We start by reviewing your existing domain and provider, then agree any necessary steps with you before making changes.

Does Formula Start include an online shop?

No. Formula Start covers a starter website of up to four pages, without custom features. Online sales, bookings and integrations require a separate assessment and quote.
