Logo & visual identity

More than a logo.
A way to be recognised.

An identity works when it stays recognisable wherever it appears. From the first mark to the colours on your website, we create a visual language that holds your business together.

Let's talk it through

Direction before design

Choosing a logo takes more than deciding it should look good. We need to understand what it represents, who it speaks to and where it will be used. A consultancy, a craft business and a personal service can have very different needs.

A logo and a visual identity aren't the same thing. The logo is the mark that identifies your business. Your visual identity also includes colours, typography and guidance on using them: the elements that keep your website and materials consistent.

Your brief helps us understand what to keep and what to change. If you already have an identity, we don't assume it needs replacing: we look at what works and what makes it harder to present your business.

A mark made to be used

Creative directions, not random variations

Our concepts explore different ways to express the same business. Each direction is considered for its meaning, tone and ability to work in the intended settings. The examples in our inspiration collection help start that conversation without tying your project to a template.

Variations and colour palette

A logo needs to be legible at small sizes and against different backgrounds. We define the variations your project needs and a coordinated palette. Your quote lists the formats and materials included, so you know exactly what you'll receive.

From logo to website

When we also build your website, we carry the visual direction through its headings, buttons, spacing and imagery. Consistency doesn't mean putting your logo everywhere: it means feeling like the same business at every step.

How we reach the right choice

  1. Understand the context. Your name, business, audience, references and main uses.
  2. Present the directions. We explain our choices and help you compare them against your goals.
  3. Refine your chosen concept. Feedback and revisions follow the agreed scope.
  4. Prepare your files. We deliver the agreed kit, with guidance on identifying and using each variation.

Our Formula Start from €990 + VAT includes three creative directions for your logo, the final design and an essential file kit, alongside a starter website of up to four pages. For identity-only work or a wider design system, we prepare a separate proposal.

What to bring to our first conversation

Bring the correct name of your business, a short description of your services and a few examples of communication that feel right or wrong for you. Most importantly, explain why: 'I like it because it's readable and understated' is more useful than a list of colours.

Tell us where the identity will appear: website, social media, business cards, signage or print. That helps us define the formats and scope of your kit without adding work you don't need.

If you have existing materials, only share what you're authorised to use. Name availability, trademark checks and registration aren't included in graphic design work and should be handled separately when needed.

Questions worth asking first.

Can I keep my existing logo?

Yes. We can work from your existing identity and focus on your website or the elements that need more consistency. We decide based on your goals.

How many concepts will I receive?

Formula Start includes three creative directions for your logo. For other projects, the number of concepts, revisions and delivery formats are specified in the quote.

Does logo design include a website?

That depends on the proposal. Formula Start combines a logo and a starter website; visual identity can also be commissioned separately.
